Registrations for kura seeking professional learning and development (PLD) support in 2027 open on Monday, 19 October.
As implementation of the fully updated Te Marautanga o Aotearoa continues, kura are encouraged to identify the areas where they would like PLD support. This information will help inform PLD planning, facilitator allocation, and future resource development.
Kura can register their interest across a range of PLD areas based on their local priorities, strategic direction, and identified learning needs.
As part of the programme, kura may also choose to work with a Lead PLD Facilitator. Facilitators can support kura to develop a tailored three-year PLD plan that aligns with their goals and supports sustainable implementation over time. Working with a facilitator is optional, and kura can access PLD without receiving facilitator support.
We encourage kura to review their current PLD plans and register the areas where support is needed for 2027.
