The new priorities for regionally-allocated PLD are mātauranga and te reo Māori, marau ā-kura and aromatawai for Māori medium settings, and cultural capability, local curriculum design and assessment for learning for English medium settings. Digital fluency remains a priority for all schools and kura.
We want to ensure schools and kura have enough time to work on a PLD proposal under the new PLD priorities so the Terms 3 and 4 rounds are being combined using this timeline:
