The first Request for Proposal (RFP) process for cultural capability PLD delivery in 2021 has concluded. The RFP invited proposals from existing PLD Providers on the National PLD Provider Panel who wished to apply for their facilitators to deliver PLD against the cultural capability PLD priority
We can now publish the list of PLD providers whose applications were approved.
The approved PLD providers are:

Schools, kura, Kāhui Ako or clusters with an approved allocation for PLD on the cultural capability priority should choose from the list of approved providers and their approved facilitators for delivery of that PLD. Schools, kura, Kāhui Ako or clusters should also look at the location of these facilitators and select a local facilitator.
These PLD providers have identified the PLD facilitators in their organisation who can deliver cultural capability PLD. These approved facilitators are recorded in the PLD website’s facilitator search tool.
The RFP process and this list of providers for cultural capability PLD give schools, kura, the Ministry, PLD providers and facilitators the assurance that this PLD is inclusive, has appropriate focus on Kaupapa Māori and honours the intent of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
